Garrison Construction Group completed the Pape-Dawson Houston hub office, transforming an existing office space into a high-performance workplace for a growing civil engineering team.The 10,000+ SF project included 21 offices, 2 conference rooms, and a break room, all designed around how the Pape-Dawson team operates day to day. The buildout required careful coordination to adapt existing mechanical systems to the new layout, integrate a high-end PDX unit for the IT room, and execute custom elements including topographic privacy film.
