Garrison Construction Group recently completed a 9,200 SF interior build-out for INSURICA, delivering the finished office in just 12 weeks from start to finish.
Designed to feel professional, bright, and unmistakably on-brand, the new workspace combines thoughtful design with functionality across private offices, collaborative areas, conference rooms, and employee spaces.
At the center of the office is a bright, inviting break room designed to serve as a gathering space for the team.
A waterfall quartz island anchors the room, complemented by warm wood-grain millwork, white subway tile, and colorful sculptural pendant lighting that ties back to the feature wall at the entrance.
The result is a space that feels functional, welcoming, and visually connected to the rest of the office.
